Cooker
- Direct steam heating,and indirect heating through its main shaft and jacket are adopted to ensure that the raw material is well cooked.
- With steel foundation instead of concrete foundation,changeable installation location.
- With speed variable motor to adjust the rotating speed freely as per the different raw fish species.
- Equipped with vapor buffer tank to avoid ducting pipeline blockand vapor leakage.
- Matched with auto-feeding hopper to make sure the cooker is full of raw fish,also avoid over-feeding situation.
- Inlet,outlet part and top cover are made of stainless steel;with compact structure and easy to operate.
Food-grade Cooker
- The whole machine is made of SUS304 stainless steel,and the outer surface of stainless steel is polished and brushed,which meets the requirements of Food-grade equipment.
- The socket gear reducer is adopted instead of the chain wheel transmission,which ensures a clean workshop environment and simplifies the equipment structure.
- Add thermal insulation material between the steam inlet pipe and the power end shaft to prevent the shaft head from overheating which will reduce the service life of the reducer.
